Compressing launch timelines
Barger follows GMP and lean manufacturing principles to gain efficiencies, minimize waste, reduce unnecessary costs and compress time to market. As part of our rigorous quality assurance and control practices, we utilize statistical process control (SPC) data and first article inspection within our climate-controlled ISO certified Class 8 clean rooms.
Sterile medical packaging
For sterile pharmaceutical and medical device packaging applications, all prototyping, sample part development, thermoforming, die cutting and packing of orthopedic implant trays, surgical procedure trays, cardiovascular stent systems to thin-gauge rigid catheter trays is performed in our Class 100,000 clean rooms in Madison, WI and Elkhart, IN with complete product traceability.
